yeah Joe that always makes me raise a chuckle at large sporting evenys when you see the flashlights going - all they're going to get is a well lit couple of heads in front of them

nice cityscape by the way

home from hospital now so hoping to try the new tamron out as a macro and portrait lens tomorrow - see if mrs nickyr will let me post her pic on here!!

I have plans to see some of my lens off to the locals here. My Canon EF 50mm f/1.8, EF 75-300mm, EF 38-135mm and my Tamron 70-300mm lens.

I have replaced the 50 with a 50 Macro, don't use the 38-135 as its bad focal range for crop, replaced the 75-300mm with the Tamron, but turns out I need better ISO performance for the 70-300 and don't use it but once per year. So all 4 is going up for sale here in town soon..

Looks like Steve is someone else who may need to buy a "pickup truck" to haul his camera gear around. Quite a collection you have there. :$:$:$

I am trained as a black and white photographer.

During my training i took a great class called photography tech the best ideas for the cheapest solutions.

I never thought it would come in handy.

Until i started purchasing more equipment.

I have in my Equipment.

1. A samsung pro 815 digital camera with 60 x zoom and 32 times digital zoom (mainly my purchase was because i was big on stop motion at the time and this camera was awesome as heck for stop motion because it contains 3 lcd screens i can even use it as a 1950's box camera.) Now there going for 200.00 and 300.00 on amazon.

2. Lots of different editing platforms i use together

I use..

Photoshop cs and cs 2

Pixelmator

Iphoto

Gimp

Aperture

if you would like to see my works heres a link of some older photo's when i was just starting out

johnodd4's DeviantArt gallery

Enjoy all done with consumer base cameras no high end equipment
