Accessing BT webmail in UK

I am using a macBook Pro 13 inch retina with Mavericks and Safari 7, all up to date. In the last day or so the BT webmail log in page has failed to render on the screen. It does appear to load, but I am simply left with a blank screen.
Any Ideas please.

Yesterday British Telecom called to say the problem was theirs and not mine. Today they fixed it and now I can access my webmail again.
It is a pity they messed it up in the first place.

Hey, at least they called and admitted their mistake. More than I can say for our local politicians here in the US!
