Audio/Video Switching Program

Hello,

For a project I need some kind of program or functionality that can play either different audio tracks (possibly video tracks) at the click of a button on the keyboard.
For example the letter A plays one sound
The Letter Y plays another sound
The letter C plays a video.
and etc...

I'm looking for some kind of artistic program or something that can help me get this done.

Finally, i need it to run on mac.
