I have made some music videos on my iPhone I have made them into movies in iMovie. Can I lift the music to put it into iTunes?

An app such as Grappler can extract the audio for you. I'm sure there are others, but this is one that I know of.

I think this video will help you. Once you extract the audio, select it and copy it (command C) to the clipboard. Now you can open QuickTime Player (or other audio program), create a new file and paste (command v) the contents into the new file. Now save the file.
