Hello All. I was working on a word document earlier, and when I went to save/close the document, it took 5 attempts to close the file. I attempted to start a new word document, but could not because I could not open "word". I tried every thing that I could think of to open "word," but each time I got message saying "Microsoft word cannot be opened because of problem". I am at a loss. I am thankful for any advice.

Which version of Word are you referring to? Also tell us what version of OS X you're running?
