Remove line from /etc/crontab

I added a line in crontab by mistake on multiple machines. Is there a command possible to delete just this line Update Virus Defs in /etc/crontab

Use a command line editor like vi, emacs or pico to delete that line.

Use crontab -e. It should use vi as the default editor. When you exit the editor it will save and update the crontab.
