I have a problem with a keyboard from Microsoft

When keyboard connector (Microsoft Keyboard with Fingerprint Reader (Model 1032), then connect any mouse, and then the cursor goes to the upper left corner. And whatever I do he stays there!

I'm not sure I understand.... you're saying that when you connect your mouse to the USB port on the Microsoft keyboard, that it doesn't work? If that's what you mean, it could be that the keyboard USB hub is not providing enough power to its port(s). My Apple wired keyboard has 2 USB ports and both work fine for a mouse and or a printer.
