MacBook Pro keeps reseting

Hello, my friend recently gave me his old macbook pro that has a problem in which it keeps resetting every so often. I'm fairly new to macs, so I'm not really sure what the problem could be and was hoping someone here can help me. This is the report I get every time after it restarts:

That is known as a Kernel Panic attack when rebooting is required and the message comes in several languages. usually hardware related which maybe why your friend gave it to you. Nothing jumps out from the logs. Have a read of this:-
