What is maximum size RAM for Power PC G5

Dear all,

What is the maximum size for installed on Power PC G5, with this specs :
Processor : 2 x 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon, and installed Mac OS X 10.6.8, there are 4 slot for RAM on this Power PC.

And there are 1Giga or 2Giga RAM for one piece of RAM ?

sorry, i mean Mac Pro, btw What is the maximum size for installed on this Mac ?
And there are 1Giga or 2Giga RAM for one piece of RAM ?
