Lockscreen question

Good morning all...

My lock screen doesn't allow me to scroll up on and down on the screen to see the notifications i received over night. Furthermore, it does not let me "slide to reply" or "slide to open" any notifications I'm receiving.

Any idea why? or how I can fix this?

What version of iOS? Have you tried power-cycling the device to see if it resolves this? If that doesn't, try holding down the power-home buttons at the same time until the device restarts and see if that resolves it..
