iPhone 6 will be a disaster?

The iPhone 6 hasn't been announced yet. AFAIk there hasn't been one reliable (official( comment about specs/features. That doesn't stop some people from declaring it a disaster.

To keep things in perspective here's the TUAW response

Like I replied in another thread, when you're the current "King of the Hill", everyone takes pot shots at you. Other phone manufacturers have some nice designs and great looking phones. But when you ask the average young person which phone they want, 9 out of 10 will say "a new iPhone". Older folks are less likely to care, but even among them, the usual choice is an iPhone.

There's a guy writing for CNBC who claims with all seriousness that Apple will be dead if it doesn't produce an iWatch in the next 60 days.
