Time Machine stuck after Disk Repair

Hey guys, I searched around and couldnt quite find my issue so here it goes. Time Machine was working perfectly. I wanted to go and install windows via bootcamp. I started to partition it and it failed. I looked it up online and saw to verify my disk. I did that and it came up as corrupt and it told me to go into recovery and repair it which I did. After that, I re verifyed it and it checked out ok. I am now trying to do one more time machine back up now before I try to install windows and its just stuck on "preparing backup" I have never had this problem until I fixed my disc. Anybody experience this or have any advice? Thanks.

EDIT: After a VERY LONG TIME of waiting, it finally worked!

Keep an eye on that hard drive and make sure you continue making backups. You should also backup Windows after getting it installed.
