I have had Outlook on my Mac for nearly a year. I keep original emails on my server.
I have unplugged my Mac to decorate my study and moved it back and reconnected and to my horror Outlook has downloaded the 3000 emails on my server again, despite the originals remaining in Outlook?
Any ideas as to why would this have happened?
