Beige G3 CD issues

Hello, this is my first post here, I am trying to get a Beige G3 up and running and this is what is happening..
I boot/load OS9 from the CD drive, then when I restart, no disk image will show up on the screen when a CD is loaded, when I boot up off the install disk the CD drive shows up in Drive setup, but after restart it doesn't.
Any ideas?

Sorry Never mind! I figured it out, PRAM just needed to be reset now everything is fine..
This is my first mac with IDE so It's rather fresh for me, I'm soooo used to SCSI.
