Just replaced HD in MBPro - migrating old data from Time C didn't go perfectly - a few things missing. The issue here is, where are the voices stored - I'd downloaded many of the customizable voices for announcing the time - they didn't migrate back over, but I've found them on the T.C. and have them in a folder on the desktop. Now, where do I put them so they'll be available? Thanks!

I assume you are talking about custom voices for VoiceOver? According to Apple's document on this, there are 2 places you can put them. If you want them available to all user accounts on your system, they go in /Library/Speech/Voices.

If you want them just in your user account, then it's the same folder hierarchy starting from your home folder.

OK - sounds reasonable. Thanks for the advice and the documentation.
