I think he bought "second hand" mac and he wants to check when the rams are implemented.

If the OP wants to see that information the total amount of ram the Mac sees can be easily found. Go to the Apple menu and chose About This Mac. If you want to see more detail such as capacity of each chip choose More info. This won't thell when a change was made but how much is recognized.
I don't think there is a way to know when memory was added.

As system RAM is constantly being changed in normal use, I'm not sure such information would be meaningful even if it were obtainable.
