Comcast.TimeWarner & Apple TV

Could anyone please explain to me in layman's terms how this merging of CC & TW will affect Apple TV and Netflix?

The Comcast and Time Warner merger has little effect on AppleTV and Netflix specifically since you access all content on the Apple TV (including Netflix) over the Internet connection.

Netflix has already paid Comcast to allow users to stream content over that network, that deal will cover TimeWarner customer as well.

The impact is whether the deal cost any of the parties significantly enough money to impact profit. If so, will the costs be passed on to investors or consumers?

LOL, does anyone really think the investors are going to pick up the tab for the costs?
