PCI used to have a LAN with my MAC's and PC's all comfortably working together. Now that I have downsized, plus the PC's have gone on to a better place (?), I was wondering if I could somehow connect the PC 'C' drives up to the IMAC as external drives so that I can copy the required info over to my present storage system to use with VMWare Fusion on the IMAC.

Thoughts?

2019 iMac 27"; 2020 M1 MacBook Air; macOS up-to-date... always.
Just pop them into an external drive case and copy away. OS X can read NTFS and FAT-formatted partitions without any problems.
