Improve MacBook Pro speed

I have this machine:
MacBook Pro
8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
2,4 GHz Intel Core i5
Availabele: 25,03 GB
Capacity: 250,14 GB

The computer is very solw. I delete a lot of files, use MACKeeper to improve the performance but it´s not working properly (the some time when i began to use - 2 months ago)

What i need to do?

You may have deleted an important file without more info who knows.
Get rid of mackeeper if you think you need a third party suite get Onyx.

MacBook pro speed and MacKeeper

The question is: ths system was already slowly before i use mackeeper. So what other possibilities?

If your computer has a 250gig hard drive...with only 25gig free...the slowness may be because your hard drive is approx. 90% full. Need more free space.

The "primary" issue there is the lack of free space and that free space being fragmented out the wahoo with all your data spread from one end of the drive to the other.

The only way to get it better, is going to be by getting more free space and defragging the drive.
