View Controller

Ok. I was doing fine learning in XCode 4. I upgraded to XCode 5. Now, I have started a new app in XCode 5, but it will only display a white screen. I started another one and it does display, but I cannot tell what I am missing to get the other app to display. I'm trying to get the Main.storyboard to display the view controller, but it won't display.... Is there something different about Xcode 5? What item or controller is needed in XCode 5 to get a display?
