Flash is a separate process and would not be hitting the kernel this hard. If Flash was acting out of control, it would be your browser or a special contained Flash process in Activity Monitor.

i switched off the flash in opera, there was no such load

if i enable it, it starts again in couple of minutes

Just for my understanding .... where in Opera ( the web browser ) did you switch off flash ?
It may help other members if they run into a similar problem .

what can be done in this case?

Have you tried using another browser instead of Opera? I found Opera to be rather cumbersome and slow when compared to Safari and Chrome. Besides, it's always a good idea to have more than one browser on hand for those times when problems occur.

i use other browsers. one is not enough for me :)

This is strange. Flash is switched off now. I was out. I come back, the computer works slowly. It’s the same problem
