Saw message before but not how resolved. Using OS 10.6.8. Trying to download Adobe Flashplayer latest version. Get to step 3 and says blocked plug-in [Safari 5.1.10]. Same issue using Firefox 27 [Yahoo version 1.25] Preference Settings allow Java and All Other Plug-ins. Only the QUIT button is highlighted, not the INSTALL button. Tried reading the licenses but see no place to show that I accept the licenses. I'm stuck.

I'm trying to download Flash Player 12.0.0.44. date: Jan 27, 2014. The installer[.dmg] file is 18.56MB. Don't know if makes any difference but just downloaded the Java OS10.6 update 17

Have 2.5GHZ Intel core i5.
