Problem with download

I have downloaded the drivers for my Intuos 2 tablet, when I try to open the file i am getting the following message: "Install Wacom Tablet.pkg" cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer. I cannot understand this as this driver has been downloaded from the Wacom web site

System Preferences - Security & Privacy - General tab - in 10.9 - the app should be listed on the bottom of that window - click on it to allow it to install.
