On the mailboxes screen, it says I have 20,877 flagged emails, but when I click on it, it says no flagged email. Anyone have any ideas?

Refresh, and refresh again. Try rebooting, or respringing. For iOS 7.x.x or 7.1 betas it shouldn't happen. If you have jailbreak on it try (after a backup to iTunes and if rebooting/respringing doesn't help) to restore it, at 7.0.4.

Hope I helped!

I've had problems with flagged mail; if you delete a mail when it is still flagged the email disappears but the count doesn't decrease. So always unflagging first.

Sounds like you have some kind of derivative of this problem; I cured it be deleting the email accounts which the flagged emails had come from, then re-adding it.

Tried to reboot to no avail... so decided to restore and they're gone so thank you!
