Problem viewing videos

Not sure where to post this. Until recently I had no problem viewing on line videos You Tube for example. A few days ago I was able to view the small screen but when I expanded to full screen it was blank. Now today even the small screen fails to play - just a black screen.

Any ideas?

It appears I have solved my problem . Not sure how but I used the Onyx program to do a permissions repair and several of the other tools and the problem is repaired.
