wi-fi sync

I cannot sync by wi-fi between my new Macbook Pro running Mavericks and iPhone 4s with ios7. Apple store says it is a known bug. Any suggestions?

And you've adjusted the proper settings in iTunes and on your iPhone already?

I have an iPhone 4 and an iPhone 5s (and an iPad) all of which sync over Wi-Fi running iOS 7 and my Mac on Mavericks. A while back I did notice that the connection could sometimes be a bit flaky (ie not all devices show up), but I found that turning off, and then on again, Wi-Fi sync in iTunes usually cleared up the issue. Haven't had a problem since then.
