So my iPhone started doing this on the display I don't know why it has happened.

That is odd indeed. My only suggestion would be to have an Apple authorized repair person have a look at that, preferably at an Apple Store but any place that does *authorized* iPhone repairs should also be worth checking if that's more convenient to you.

Might be worth contacting the people that did the case/colour mod first
