Moving an automation curve in a straight line

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
In Photoshop, you hold ctrl + shift to make a straight line even if your hand shakes. Can the same be done in GarageBand? For example, when I'm moving an automation curve point a few bars and don't want it to bump up -- I can just drag and hold steady. Thanks.
