Hyperlink full ToC entry in Word for Mac 2011

Hello! I'd like the full entries of my ToC to be hyperlinks but currently only the page numbers are links. I've assigned Heading 1 & Heading 2 using the style section and automatically generated a ToC. But no luck. Can anyone please help? TIA
