Got a DVI mini port converter. With an added HDMI converter. Used to bootcamp Windows on my macbook pro(2010 mid), it worked perfectly as default(sound and video). Now that i don't need my Windows partition anymore i kinda want to get this issue sorted. But it refuses to deliver sound to my TV.
Is there anyone who have worked around this issue? The TV dosn't show up in the Audio tab in system preferences, nor any of the players i have. Does OS X simply not support this? Running Mavericks OS X.
