sometimes it wont wake up

My macbook pro wont wake up from sleep sometimes. I have to power down and then restart. any reason for this?

Without any further information about your MacBook Pro, it would be difficult to predict why that's happening. The only thing I can suggest you do for now is to reset the PRAM and also reset the SMC.
