I need a help on how to replace the speakers in a Mac Pro 5,5 laptop. They sounds like if they are broken.

If the speakers are blown...then it sounds like you need replacements. I would check Powerbookmedic.com, ifixt.com, and e-Bay.com for parts. And ifixit.com for the replacement procedure.

Thread moved to more appropriate sub-forum. Not really a "Switcher Hangout" topic.

Thanks for you response. I apologize to choose the wrong sub-forum. Could you let me know in which forum should I had to quote my thread. I just became a member of Mac-Forums, still figuring how to work with it.

You're now in the correct forum, Moderator Nick moved you here. We have had several threads about replacing blown speakers in a MacBook Pro. If memory serves me right, the last person to replace his speakers picked up a pair on eBay for a good price. Just make sure you match up replacements by the model number of your MacBook Pro or they won't work right or possibly not fit in place.

No worries...just some housekeeping on our part. And a short note for you to know where it was moved to & why.:)
