Mavericks Glitch?

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
I installed Mavericks on my MBP and now have this glitch when I right click on the desktop (image). It doesn't list all my options like 'Clean Up.'

Hmmm. That is weird. First thing to try is download Onyx (be sure to get the version for Mavericks) and run its full suite of maintenance and cleaning tools. Perhaps there's a faulty cache or bad permissions. When done, reboot and see if that helped.

Is that image a picture? Just checking so I can try it here. I am quite sure I have not ran into that.
