epson R1900 will not print

Epson R1900 printer will not print-
I even tried reinstalling- it goes to the print Queue, shows a 1 over the printer on the dock ,both printers listed in devices. B&W laser printer prints fine.

You're not giving us much to go on..... What version of OS X are you running and some info about your Mac would be helpful. But briefly, are the drivers up to date for your Epson R1900 printer?

wrong drivers

I spent 2 hours with Epson on the phone yesterday- No Epson folder in the library files to start. version 1.5 drivers install but should be 9.00. Apple says the printer is listed. I will contact Apple support now as something is wrong with Mavericks and software updates- thanks-At least I'm on track!!! frustrating tho!!!

I did get this to work- I realize now I left a lot of info out- thanks anyway!!
