How do you save prefs in Word 2011?

How do I save changes I make to Word preference settings, toolbar changes, keyboard shortcut changes, etc. They get reset each time I launch Word 2011.

All changes made to the toolbar, icons, layout, fonts, etc, have to be saved to your "Normal Template". Unless you do that, they will not be saved for the next session. You can learn more about your Normal Template from here.
