How to enable PMU resources in MAC parallel [Mac 10.8.5]

This option seems to be missing in windows configuration
I am not able to run intel profiler in windows parallel.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Not a lot of information to go on but, assuming you mean you are running windows in a Parallels VM I'm not sure you'll have much luck trying to monitor a virtualised CPU using Intel PMU without a third party interpreter of some kind. I've seen such software on Linux. There may well be a Windows version.
I'd suggest posting on the Intel and Parallels forums

And you probably would get a better response if you asked at the Parallels website instead of here. Much more likely to find someone who knows the answer.
