Help! My System has been HACKED

I checked the activity log this morning because i notice activity was happening on my NAS drive my cinema display turned on from sleep mode.
the following is what it shows on my activity log;

Before I tell you what's going on from the snippet you've posted, why do you think this indicates you were hacked?

There doesn't appear to be anything there that would suggest that you've been hacked.

If the NAS has activity, it's possible that Time Machine is backing up to it (if you've got it set up for this). What do you use the NAS for?

My network shows activity of changes made by the router, it change the ip address also.
But if you guys think theres no suspicion of hackers activity then thank you for your reply. What should look for in the future for activity that is identify as hacked?

My NAS drive is for my Media movies, music, and Pictures. All of that is stream through the apply tv 2, some is stream through infuse and xbmc.
