How do I turn off dos mode?

I am trying to download a program and one of the steps is to open up a DIZ file. I was able to open it and it said "THIS PROGRAM CANNOT RUN IN DOS MODE." I do not know what else to do. Please help

Where exactly are you downloading this program from and what is it?

Its something to do with an app i am using on my android. Clash of Clans ULTIMATE android hack v.2.3 The copyright from the DIZ file is from 1995-2003

You download Android apps from Google Play..what you are attempting isn't on the up and up and we don't help with shady activities here.

The file is a Windows text file of sorts and it thinks you're trying to run it in DOS mode because it doesn't understand that you opened it in OS X. I don't know if TextEdit can read a DIZ file but you can try opening it with that to see what happens. And as you've been told, make sure it isn't an illegal hack.

DOS mode help please

I was able to open this file. Now im a little confused on how to actually turn off my DOS. please help. it i NOT illegal. Im just attempting to see if this works.
