unblock plugins?

Without providing any info - off the top of my head, can only suggest you go to adobe.com and download the latest version of Flash.

You could provide:
version of OS X
the exact error message and when are you getting it
what browser you are using - I'm assuming it's related to browsing the web

Mac OS X Verson 10.6.8 browser is safari , message says security not up to date. have tried to download from adobe the flash plyer , but continues to say blocked plugin
