Is there a program that will clean my Mac? I know I could go through all the steps and clean my Mac myself but that would require I watch a ton of Youtube videos and read articles on how to do that. I just want to install something if it is available. Thanks!

The only program we recommend using is OnyX. Be sure to download the correct version for your version of OS X (that you didn't mention).

No, it's OK. Apple Gate Keeper is stopping you from opening it. Do this first:

Open System Preferences, Security & Privacy. Click on the small lock at the bottom and enter your Admin password to open the lock. When the lock opens, place a small dot in the line that says: "Anywhere". Exit. Now you can open OnyX. If you like, after you install OnyX, you can reinstate Gate Keeper.

Don't even need to disable Gatekeeper with 10.9.

After you attempt to open an app from a 3rd party - then open Security & Privacy - the app will be listed at the bottom of the General tab where you can click to allow it to open.

Yep. Do as bobtomay stated above, I forgot that Mavericks makes it easy to bypass Gate Keeper. :)

Only reason I remember is because I install so many apps...

Come to think of it, should have about 50 apps that I can delete off of here by now.
Keep thinking I may have a use for one of them.
But by the time I do, I forget I have an app for that and go looking for one anyway.:p
