Help with Bootleg without CD's!

Hi, i've searched and searched for answer but i cannot find anything that helps me out.

I have an iMac (2007) and have recently reinstalled OS X, now i also want to install Windows since i have programs and games i wish to use on my iMac, problem is that i don't have any Windows CD and cant really afford buying one, also my CD reader is very tired and need a pair of glasses since it cannot read to good.

Question is, can i install Windows on my iMac (Maverick) without ANY CD's?
I'm not to good with computers so please explain how to do this as if you would tell a 80 year old :p
