Stubborn impossible to delete Ghost zip file

I use unrarx all the time and this time when i was downloading something it didnt seem right so i canceled in the middle of the extraction process. Now the file wont budge at all and im worried it could be something. Please if anyone has any ideas what i can do i need your help!

Where is the file located?

Went under downloads (for some reason its not there or cant see it in there so i had to type it) n there it was with this image. Wont move at all.

Hold down your Command key and drag it to your desktop and then drop it there.

=[ wont budge! could it be malware? It talks about aliases and cant find it. Cant delete the aliases...

If the original item can't be found, that usually means its been deleted. If you cn get Info on it, then change the permissions down the bottom ~ Everyone to Read and Write then try and drag it to the trash.
If not i would restart your Mac and you will probably find it gone.
