Wrong Album Artwork

When i go to play my music on my iPhone 5 the incorrect album art comes up. I deleted all songs on my iPhone and readded them because they were correct in iTunes. after doing this they still come up wrong on my phone. I've gone to get info to edit the artwork in iTunes but again it is correct there and the only place it is wrong is on my iPhone. Has anyone had this happen to them? It is seriously making my OCD go crazy with so much wrong album art everywhere.

I've got the same problem on my iPhone 5S :-( Not sure why this happening.

Do you have iTunes in the Cloud enabled? I've had this problem with albums I bought via this mechanism, but in that case deleting them and re-downloading them from iCloud cured the problem.
