I need to login everytime I go to any message forums....

Ever since I upgraded to this pos ios7 I have to login to any message forums it doesn't recognize any cookies. What do I need to fix this. I'm so sick of this I've had an iPhone since day 1 and I'm done I'm ready to go back to a Motorola brick phone.

Also how do you disable the pull-up menu on the bottom of the screen. I scroll and it keeps pulling it up

Read this. Make sure cookies are enabled.
