If you feel concerned try increasing the exhaust fan speed. The rams will be closer than before so heat up faster instead of spread out previous. If you do not have software called SMC try there first as this will allow the internal fans to be adjusted and bring those babies down a notch.

This isn't needed. Not only might this damage the fans but the temperature difference isn't all that great.

SimplyMac2013, I wouldn't worry about it.

I have read (in several places) that 140 degrees Fahrenheit (60 Celsius) is not too hot. It's on the upper side of the normal range.

EDIT: That is CPU internal temp. for MacBook Pro.

Are we talking memory temp? If so, you're around 46C which is completely fine..you should start worrying when temps in general start reaching the 80-90C or 176-190F range..you'll likely reach thermal shutdown levels at that point and get a lot of misbehaving things..

Going from 110°F to 115°F...is totally within natural variation...and can totally be due to the environmental temp. variation in the room...or minor changes in what is being done on the computer.

NOTHING to worry about!:)

56°C is not all that high (which would be what you're running at now).

You're overthinking and obsessing about the temperatures. Unless you have reason to think otherwise, you really ought to let your machine run as-is and let it worry about the temperatures. It's been designed, as with all computers, to manage temperatures and to shut down if something gets too hot.
