Find My Friends

My app auto updated last night. It looks like Apple replaced the dots with the ability to add pictures. My pictures are blank and I cannot find a way to sync it with my contacts or manually add the pictures. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Normally user pictures are "pulled" from Contacts, which in turn has been synced (through iCloud) with your Mac. Try adding a picture to a contact and see if that fixes the issue.

I have photos for each of my friends in the contacts. They just don't sync with Find Friends for some reason.
