Macbook Pro keyboard

My G button broke off and I tried to fix it myself but couldn't so I ended up taking the N off to see how it went. Well I didn't know which direction was up or down so I took off the M button. 2 hours later and none of them would pop back in. So I went to Best Buy to see if they could fix it. The employee said the metal that surrounds the key looked bent and he didn't want to force it anymore. So I go home and call Apple. I asked them to please only put new keys on it and not a whole keyboard. He said they usually just put a new one in. So my fun little journey cost me 350$ from Apple. I think that's a bit excessive.
