Hope this is in the right forum!
So, I have iCloud set up on my Mac Mini, and iPad. I keep reading that the iWorks apps (Pages, Numbers and Keynote) are being mad available for free. So I write a letter in Pages on my Mini and put it on iCloud. Do I have to purchase Pages for IOS in order to edit/read that letter on the iPad?
If so, how is this iCloud sync "Free"?

Thanks

iWork is only available for free for those who have recently purchased a new device and/or already owned copies of those apps. So yes, if you want to work with iWork on your iPad and the store tells you that you need to purchase, you'll have to do so.
