Time Crack

Hello,
With some trial software, on PC you can change the Bios date ahead 1 year, install the software, then use the trial for a year. What would be the equivalent BIOS clock change on a Mac?

I believe that OS X uses Time Servers on the net to ensure date and time is always correct.
As it should be ! Cheating is not a good thing.
