Blocking Email

Is there a way to block certain email addresses? Recently I'm getting lots of spam emails from a ISP address that I've never seen before. TIA.

If you are using an online e-mail service, you can mark it as spam there. If you are running your own system, you want to employ something like SpamAssassin on the server side to help mark it as spam..

I'm using Apple's Mail app. I have Time-Warner Cable.

You could email the provider as they might have a problem their end. If you have a dedicated list of friends and businesses you could converse with provider to filter traffic.

Enable the Spam filter in Mac Mail using these instructions, and then help it by marking e-mails as junk/spam as you see it.
